Our Trademark Services

RO LAW LLC offers two trademark service packages. Both include a trademark search and federal filing. Choose the level of protection that fits your needs and budget.

Essentials Filing — $1,500.00 flat fee.

Best for straightforward marks where the client wants professional filing with a basic clearance check.

Includes:

Basic knockout search of the USPTO database for identical and near-identical marks
Brief written summary of search findings via email
Preparation and filing of one (1) federal trademark application (1 mark, 1 class)
15-minute consultation with an attorney

Does not include Office Action responses. If the USPTO issues an Office Action, responses are available at $400.00 per hour.

Brand Protection Package — $2,500.00 flat fee

Best for clients who want comprehensive protection from clearance search through registration, with Office Action coverage included.

Includes:

Comprehensive clearance search (USPTO federal database and common law sources)
Full written search report with risk assessment (clear / proceed with caution / conflict found)
Preparation and filing of one (1) federal trademark application (1 mark, 1 class)
One (1) Office Action response if issued by the USPTO
Customized cease and desist letter template
Post-filing monitoring setup and guidance
30-minute strategy consultation with Rolanzo White, Esq.
$800.00 credit toward any future RO LAW LLC service if no Office Action is issued

Why do most clients choose Brand Protection? Approximately 40–50% of trademark applications receive an Office Action from the USPTO. Under the Essentials Filing, an Office Action response would be billed at $400.00 per hour, which typically costs $600–$1,200. The Brand Protection Package includes the response — so if anything comes up, you are already covered.

USPTO filing fees are not included in either package and are passed through to the Client at cost (currently approximately $250–$350 per class).

What Happens After You Submit

Step 1 — Submission received. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately.

Step 2 — Attorney review. Attorney reviews every submission within 2 business days.

Step 3 — Follow-up. You will receive a scheduling link for your free strategy consultation to discuss your mark, classification, and filing strategy.

Step 4 — Engagement. Upon completion of your consultation, you will receive an engagement letter and payment link to begin your matter.
