Our Contract Services

RO LAW LLC offers two contract service packages. Select the service that best fits your needs, or choose "Not sure" and we will recommend the right option during your consultation.

Contract Audit — $800.00 flat fee

Best for clients who have existing contracts that need professional review before signing or enforcing.

Includes:

Line-by-line review of up to three (3) contracts
Tracked-changes redline on each contract with suggested edits and alternative language
Written summary memo covering key findings, top concerns, recommended changes, and next steps
Optional 20-minute debrief call (included)

Does not include contract drafting, rewrites, or negotiation support.

Contract Drafting — Starting at $800.00 flat fee

Best for clients who need new contracts created from scratch or existing contracts substantially rewritten.

Includes:

Consultation to determine contract scope, terms, and objectives
Drafting of one (1) custom contract tailored to the client's specific needs
One (1) round of revisions based on client feedback

Standard agreements (service agreements, NDAs, independent contractor agreements): $800.00

Complex agreements (multi-party, custom terms, licensing, partnership): $1,200.00–$2,000.00

Available Add-Ons (Either Service)

Additional contract review beyond 3 (Audit) — $300.00 per contract
Contract redraft or rewrite — $800.00 per contract
Negotiation support — $400.00 per hour
Expedited turnaround (48 hours) — $300.00
Contracts over 30 pages — Custom quote
Additional round of revisions (Drafting) — $200.00

What Happens After You Submit

Step 1 — Submission received. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately.
Step 2 — Attorney review. Rolanzo White, Esq. personally reviews every submission within 2 business days.
Step 3 — Follow-up. For Contract Audit: you will receive a scheduling link for your paid consultation ($400.00) where your documents will be reviewed. For Contract Drafting: you will receive a scheduling link for your free 30-minute strategy consultation to scope your agreement.
Step 4 — Engagement. You will receive an engagement letter and payment link to begin your matter.

Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A signed engagement letter and payment are required to begin services.
