Our Litigation Services
Litigation Consultation — $200-$400.00
A one-hour paid consultation to evaluate your dispute, review your documents, assess your legal position, and discuss strategy. The fee is credited toward your retainer if you engage RO LAW LLC for representation.
Includes:
- Pre-consultation review of your intake information and uploaded documents (up to 20 pages)
- 30 or 60-minute consultation with an attorney
- Preliminary assessment of claims, defenses, and litigation risk
- Discussion of litigation strategy, timeline, and estimated costs
- Written follow-up memo with recommended next steps
Civil Commercial Dispute — Retainer starting at $3,000.00–$5,000.00
For clients who need full litigation representation. Billed at $400.00 per hour against the retainer. Scope, strategy, and estimated costs are discussed during the Litigation Consultation.
Important: Litigation matters require a proper document review. All litigation intakes proceed through the paid consultation before full engagement.
What Happens After You Submit
- Step 1 — Submission received. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately.
- Step 2 — Attorney review. We review every submission within 2 business days.
- Step 3 — Follow-up. You will receive a scheduling link for your Litigation Consultation ($400.00). Payment is required to book. The fee is credited toward your retainer if you retain RO LAW LLC.
- Step 4 — Engagement. After your consultation, you will receive an engagement letter and retainer invoice if you choose to proceed with full representation.
