Thank you for your interest in protecting and maintaining your intellectual property with RO LAW LLC. This form will take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete and is the first step toward ensuring your trademarks, copyrights, and other IP assets remain active, monitored, and enforced.

Once submitted, Rolanzo White, Esq. will personally review your intake and follow up within 2 business days to confirm your tier selection and next steps.

What Is IP Maintenance?

Intellectual property requires active management to remain enforceable. Trademarks must be renewed on schedule. Copyrights must be tracked and registered. Your brand must be monitored for infringement. IP Maintenance means RO LAW LLC handles all of this for you on an ongoing basis — so nothing lapses, nothing gets missed, and your assets stay protected.

Choose Your Tier

IP Essentials — $800.00 per year

Best for businesses and creators with 1–3 registered IP assets who need basic monitoring and renewal management.

Includes:

Trademark renewal tracking with advance notices at 12 months, 6 months, and 60 days before each deadline
Quarterly USPTO database scan for confusingly similar marks
Google Alert setup and monthly review for potential infringement
Annual written summary of all IP assets, status, and upcoming deadlines
One annual 30-minute check-in call with Rolanzo White, Esq.

IP Portfolio — $1,600.00 per year

Best for active businesses, creators, and brands with 4 or more IP assets, ongoing content creation, or a need for proactive portfolio management and enforcement support.

Includes everything in IP Essentials, plus:

Monthly USPTO database scans (instead of quarterly)
Monitoring across state trademark databases, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and social media
Copyright portfolio tracking and asset register maintenance
Up to 3 new copyright registrations per year (Copyright Office fees passed through at cost)
Annual IP Audit with written report and action items
One cease and desist letter per year (if infringement is identified)
Quarterly written portfolio reports
Two 30-minute check-in calls per year (instead of one)
Priority response within 2 business days

Bundled Discount: Clients enrolled in any OGC plan (Lite or Premium) receive a 10% discount on IP Maintenance services.

IP Essentials with OGC: $720.00 per year
IP Portfolio with OGC: $1,440.00 per year

All filing fees, including USPTO renewal fees and Copyright Office registration fees, are passed through to the Client at cost and are never marked up.

What Happens After You Submit

Step 1 — Submission received. You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately.
Step 2 — Attorney review. We review every submission within 2 business days.
Step 3 — Follow-up. You will receive a scheduling link for a free 30-minute IP strategy consultation to review your portfolio and confirm your tier selection.
Step 4 — Engagement. Upon completion of your consultation, you will receive an engagement letter and payment link to begin services.
