Outside General Counsel (OGC) means RO LAW LLC serves as your business's dedicated legal department — without the cost of hiring an in-house attorney. You get direct access to an experienced attorney on a monthly basis for contracts, compliance, business guidance, and more.
Choose Your Tier
OGC Lite — Starting at $400/month Best for solopreneurs, freelancers, and early-stage businesses with light but consistent legal needs.
- 1 hour/month — $400/mo
- 2 hours/month — $800/mo
- Additional hours available at $350/hr
- Unused hours roll over once (capped at your monthly allotment)
OGC Premium — Starting at $1,600/month Best for active and growing businesses that need more consistent, proactive legal coverage.
- 4 hours/month — $1,600/mo
- 6 hours/month — $2,400/mo
- 8 hours/month — $3,200/mo
- Additional hours available at $320/hr
- Unused hours roll over once (capped at your monthly allotment)
Both tiers include:

✅ Annual Report filing coordination (state filing fee passed through at cost)
✅ Direct attorney access
✅ 3-month minimum commitment

What's Covered Under Your Monthly Hours
Your monthly hours can be applied to any of the following:
- Contract review, redline, and markup
- Contract drafting (standard agreements)
- Legal consultations (phone or video)
- Business compliance questions and guidance
- Vendor, partner, and employment agreement review
- Correspondence review or drafting
- Licensing agreement review
- Basic dispute resolution and demand letter drafting (Premium only)
- Trademark and copyright filing coordination (Premium only)
Not covered under monthly hours:
- Court appearances or active litigation (available at $400/hr separately)
- USPTO or Copyright Office filing fees (passed through at cost)
- Work for affiliated entities or subsidiaries (separate engagement)
Billing & Terms
- Monthly fee is billed on the 1st of each month
- Payment is due within 5 days of invoice
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
- After minimum period: 30 days written notice to cancel
- Filing fees and third-party costs are always passed through at cost
- This form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A signed engagement letter is required to begin services.
